I was gonna say, I've only heard good things about the Thrawn books.
They are very... 90s. I enjoyed them when I was a young teenager, but my recent revisit let me see that they're... uneven. They're still good, but not flawless.
Honestly, I support adding more women and minorities. But I agree with the nerds otherwise.
The foundations were RIGHT THERE in Episode 7-8.
Make Finn the hero: A (black) child soldier who gains a conscience, picks up a lightsaber, and learns how to use the Force while he slowly leads the New Republic (NOT the "Rebellion"!) back from the brink.
Rey is the wild-card: a conflicted young woman who is also force-sensitive but can't control her anger. Then she meets Ben (our new "Darth Vader"), tries to resist him, but in Episode 8 they kill Snook and join together to bring back the New Empire.
Now Episode 9 can be about Finn trying to bring Rey back to the Light. IDK, maybe even force another romance or 2 in there (Rose with some better lines & more interaction could've worked).
But nope, Disney fucked it all up & now their best bets are TV shows.

Or, they could have used Lucas' original treatments for 7-9. I mean, he gave them a golden goose and it's feed and they managed to poison it anyway.
And gacha games would definitely be better than the sequels. For god’s sakes, it’d probably make people cry! I mean, just look at Genshin Impact and the Fate series, for God’s sakes!
Honestly I'm really loving the new boxing style for Miku. She looks so built and awesome, I've seen so many different versions of Miku this has to be up there on my favorites.
I love how imaginative some of these crossovers are - also, as an Englishman it never ceases to amaze me how popular Alice in Wonderland is in Japan and in relation to Japanese culture.
I know vanity is not exactly a word to describe Furina, but I'm sure she takes her time in front of the mirror to look beautiful. The artist portrayed that idea in an excellent way here.
