According to the artist's commentary on twitter , this is meant to be Sidoh sunbathing in the way a lot of lizard and reptile species do. Fun fact: This is why pet lizards typically require a heat lamp or something of the sort.
Personally, I'm still waiting for Bandai to release the Zaku II Dozle Zabi custom in MG format FOR that heat hawk. Don't get me wrong, that's a sexy and regal looking Zaku, but that heat hawk? That thing could probably cleave a Big Zam with little effort! [/embellishment]
