Edit: to elaborate, he's notoriously known in the country as a corrupt supreme court judge that takes absurd and straight up unlawful actions, and no other members of the court do anything. Whenever he's not in Brazil and shows up in public for the shortest moments, he finds it funny when he's booed at.
