A car with solar panels on it sounds like a great idea... until you get a big city or a really long tunnel. Still, you're right, the thing DOES look cool.

If I recalled on reading about it, the solar panels were more a benefit once you hit the rural areas and couldn't charge it. If you lived in the city, then you'd just plug it in like a normal EV.
It's debatable whether there's enough visual information here to warrant tagging her, but from context that's almost certainly meant to be Tsukumo Sana's hand.
