2-phenylethylamine (Ph-CH2-CH2-NH2). It's a 'neurotransmitter' (well, technically neuromodulator). Chocolate has an appreciable amount of 2-PhEtNH2, but IIRC beans, cheeses and cured meats have even higher levels of the compound.
Brain tissue also has 2-PhEtNH2 (since, well, it's a neuromodulator), but not as much as the above sources, unless the brain 'donor' is high on amphetamines or similar drugs.
(Note that amphetamine itself is a substituted phenylethylamine compound, with one addditional methyl group. It's not converted into 2-PhEtNH2 though, but it does increase the levels of the latter significantly.)
Interestingly, PhEtNH2 is also a trace component in urine. Carnivores have far higher levels in their urine. Servals have some of the highest, sooooo...

The other pictures in this series seem to suggest this is happening at night. There should be some lights on the bottom of the tanker that help the receiving aircraft line up in the correct position for the boom operator. Because the air refueling receptacle is on the top of the aircraft often above or behind the pilots' heads, there are some indicators, the Pilot Director Lights, that tell the receiving aircraft to move up/down and fore/aft as required.

Oh… I got it mixed up before, because in a previous post, I saw that this artist seemed to have drawn it for her friend’s original character, so I changed it to original. But I went back and looked again, and it seems that this character was designed by Bacheally’s friend and submitted to Merc, and then this character was selected by Merc.So Bacheally drew this picture to celebrate the selection of her friend’s character.
