Shit, I tried doing a quick search to see if it was just a collection of moments but didn't find anything.

Finally a duck remodel and she even comes with sextuple torpedos! Considering her shirt is her front deck she recieved a more armored one. This is probably the best time to be a KC player and a duck enjoyer.
Kantai Collection wants to remodel shipgirls to make them less erotic now? Because that overcoat is definitely looser-fitting than her old uniform.
I mean... I don't mind, it's definitely a breath of fresh air with the shipgirl community.
It does makes a difference in character approach compare to other shipgirl games that follow AL steps instead. Not even VB is saved considering they are pushing a bit for fanservice now.

Honestly, internet's gonna internet. Can't really change that. I also can't help but notice that the damage CGs are also getting less stripperific with many of the more recent ones still being mostly fully-clothed with only some holes while earlier ones tended to be 0.1 seconds away from showing off a nipple or more.
Reminds me of the Ryoko Kui image where she does this trend of switching races w/ the Dungeon Meshi cast with the intent of establishing how even if they look different, you should be able to still differentiate between characters w/ ease.
