The author's JP translation (he says it's machine-translated. but the pun part has been done manually, no doubt) instead goes with "Ah, yabee..."

Now time to figure out how to render this in English. Currently stuck on "Aaaeeyuurgh, bleegh" but that feels rather inadequate.
