You can tell this was a comic made pre-Rebellion Story by the fact that a comic invented it's own personification for Charlotte. Whereas the artist's chronologically next comic, Requiem for REBELLION (pool #23900), of course uses Momoe Nagisa.
Honestly it's kinda bummer that in the entire DLC5, Shinki's only there just to say, "Hey, congrats for finishing the entire game so here's a box, now go ahead make as much money as possible with it" She could be a potential customer who'll visit the restaurant and might has a powerful spellcard, but ehh
