I've seen this in the art Gallery for the PS2 game Zeta Gundam vs Gundam (A game in the line of Federation vs Zeon, but with both regular and Zeta Gundam series)

It's possible that Morishita was commissioned to do this piece for Zeta Gundam vs. Gundam or another related game.
Of those 1000, 660 were posted by me. The next biggest uploaders were EB and DeusExCalamus, at 36 and 34, respectively. Of the 1000, 564 were yuri, and only 63 contained neither Anisphia nor Euphyllia.
I highly doubt we'll ever get to 2000 given that the anime is long over, but there's a few fan artists that remain pretty dedicated to the series (Koyomania foremost among them), and Kisaragi Yuri is still doing official art for the ongoing light novel, so it's possible.
It's been fun trying to properly populate a gallery of art for what is easily one of the greatest yuri anime of all time.

Maybe one day we'll get a season 2 that will boost art production again. Though I know how wishing for that with Yuri anime goes...so yeah...

Yuri anime in general struggle to get a season 2. And, ironically, in this case one of the very things that made MagiRevo good would probably be particularly fatal to a season 2: it wrapped everything up perfectly in the final episode. The non-romance plot and the romance were balanced against each other, intertwined and perfectly paced for a 12 episode long arc.
Compare that to something like Bloom into You, which had a gorgeous, really well done adaptation that suffered from one main flawโit was incomplete. The Bloom into You manga couldn't be compressed into 12 episodes, so the romance arc was left hanging. That's the one that really needs a season 2.

Oh yeah Bloom Into You is probably number 1 on my season 2 Yuri wish list, and true MagiRevo's anime did wrap up well but it would be nice to see the characters again I think.
I've wondered at what stage of life Frieren is, as it kind of always felt the other elves she bumped into would treat her as if she's still fairly young by their standards.
