These mixed crowd illustrations with lots of series and characters are always fun. There are a few that I'm definitely missing though. Does anyone recognize the un-annotated characters here?
Managed to identify the cat as Oragon from Monster Strike. Blue thing may also be from there.
So not a cat at all then, the "ear" was a single horn.
For a franchise with "monster" in its name, and even with this Oragon seeming to serve as a mascot of sorts in the UI of their website (it shows up a lot in icons and things), the creature-like characters don't seem to have much prominence. Almost everything listed or drawn in fan-art seems to be human(oid).
If the blue thing is from this game / series, it might be hard to track down.
That's a lot of pokedex entries... I've got to admit though Quetzalcoatl + Koala = [Quetzal]Koalius is pretty clever. (At least I assume that's what they were going for based on the Aztec-looking accessories and stonework on the throne.)
There's very little beyond the color and possible ears (what I initially thought were legs) to link it to "the blue thing" here though. It really isn't drawn with any real sort of distinctive details to let us draw a strong conclusion.

Maybe that's the artist as he represents himself as a blue mouse
It's Ferrus Manus (Primarch of the Iron Hands), fighting alongside with an Iron Warrior. The ironic part (pun intended) is that Perturabo (Primarch of the Iron Warriors) isn't there.
