To be fair, she does have easy access to anything she might need, being a super duper rich ojou-sama and all, and a lot of Sakura's outfits are on the simpler side in term of design, being just a form-fitting dress and some accompanying accessories like wings and stuff.
Huh, I think this might be the first comic with *both* Shupogaki where the situation is only Nozomi being romantically involved. (As opposed to completely platonic, dating/screwing both, or dating just Hikari)

Depending on her proportions, might be a weird fit no matter what. give her an adult sized one, and now the sleeves are too long or the chest is over hanging or something. So this is the best compromised they can do.
