A year and something later, but it most likely is the T-Rex look like Pokemon (Tyrantrum, my current favorite Pokemon) against a Pokemon that has something growing in its back, in case a dorsal plate, as Baxcalibur is inspired by Godzilla, rather than a sail like a Spinosaurus from JP3.

Based on the short-lived LEGO Homemaker line - before minifigs were a thing, and well before they even thought of minidolls and the Friends line, LEGO's first attempt at characters were made for this line which was also one of their early attempts to market directly to young girls.
