Yeah. She's more mad at Caesar did something to her conditioner after Pulchra said something to the stylist. And I wouldn't be surprised if Lucy is in the salon for the same problems Pulchra is having-- plus I imagine Caesar waters down Lucy's conditioner just to be cheap.
