Any image aggregator becomes a pit of degeneracy. If they're brave enough to start out advertising as family friendly somehow it just happens a bit slower.
Yeah I did find the same file while looking for the source but even though it has a larger resolution the quality isn't particularly better. The Korean text looks pretty crisp while the lines don't so I think that's an upscale. The source I got the image from seems to archive posts from a japanese imageboard so I'm wondering if the artist isn't some kind of anonymous (japanese).
There are so many characters whose names would need to be changed that a bulk update request should be discussed in the forum first. Personally, I don't think it's necessary; we can just record the manga names in the characters' wiki articles.
