Not sure what's going on here; my best guess is it's kind of an absurdist humor thing with trying to create the situation of someone looking out from behind a utility pole.
I'm not sure why they are using a contraction of "Kotobukiya". The second frame supposedly depicts the Kotobukiya store in Tachikawa City. The weapons are from the "Modeling Support Goods" series of mecha add-on parts. The mechas are at various scales, but the weapons are about the right size to match the 1/10 scale Sousai figures. The one Madoka is holding somewhat resembles the cross-shaped weapon used by Nicholas Wolfwood in "Trigun".
Don't worry, ya silly caster bunny. If Doc can do what Kal'tsit claim to do and mildly unnerve Vanilla when they give her pet slugs the funny eye, then this is a buffet.
