Can you please try to find the artist when you post it, or at least add artist request (and/or third-party source if you think that applies). Sourcing correctly is important.
Calling this highres when even the phone UI elements have such heavy artifacting is surely a claim.
Resolution has nothing to do with image quality. The appropriate resolution meta tag is automatically added if the image meets the size requirements for the tag.
