Does error apply here? In the Animal Crossing games, snooty is a female personality but cranky is a male one. The "snooty" one doesn't look like a genderswap of any form despite wearing a skirt, but that's because the games use the same body style for both genders more or less.

Looks like a skirt, I believe it's just gradually disappearing.
