The character's name is Suzu but it's too common a name for me to tag it as such. I also don't think there's a tag for this copyright so couldn't add the name tag, nor do I have the translation abilties to add the copyright tag either :(.

For future reference, most common names will include a qualifier to distinguish it from other characters with the same name. You can see all of them by going to the Tags page and searching for all character tags with that name (for example, "suzu_*"). If there is a tag with a common name that doesn't have a qualifier, you can submit a bulk update request in the forum to rename it.
