The black shoulder straps looks to be bra straps.

That's Greek, not Russian: Λ, Σ and Π are Greek characters, not Russian, and a Google translate spells out "planets". Not sure if that's valid for the site, though.

Hmm, the 4th panel shows Kyouko returned, but pagoda not.

With Lyrica crying, I think it's safe to say the pagoda is back.

And Kyouko's face is absolutely hilarious. You can only see Lily's creased eyebrows in the last panel but I imagine she has an angry look on.
