She definitely has some ill feelings (no pun intended) to her former agency over them cheating her of her tax liabilities but also note that she collab'd on Twitch with a certain songbird accused of being part of that "clique", meaning she's also at least on amicable terms with her despite the situation. In which case, it may be hard for her to openly collab with Doki anytime soon.

Wrong Shannon, she collabed with ONShannon from AKA Virtual.
Mint is a co-announcer with Doki in Wrestle Tuber.
Though she mentioned it was a last minute thing(Matara too) and it was hard to reach out since she thought Doki might still not be comfortable with the collab.
That all depends on whether or not Sayu Sincronisity either: a. had enough time to develop any meaningful relationship with them in that agency, b. alienated them through her antics during that brief time in that agency, or c. Sayu (or all depicted) wants to keep their distance, whether on their own initiative or maybe part of the severance terms from that agency.
Well, as of Offkai Sayu mended fences with Matara and enjoyed her time with Matara and Mint.
