Hmm, I didn't know of that site, but it seems so. I wasted a little time trying to find the player Gura's stats here are taken from, but I can't find anyone quite that bad. It might not help that I know next to nothing about baseball or what most of these stats even mean.

baseballsavant is a site that uses big data to predict future baseball performance. It helps predicts whether a player is going to eventually regress to the mean or if they're getting unlucky. Blue = Bad, Red = Good. In Gura's case, she's not throwing the ball hard (Fastball Velo 4th percentile), not striking any one out (blue Chase% and Whiff%), and is only average at creating easy groundball outs (GB% is average). Usually if a team is using a pitcher like this, they're only pitching because their other guys are hurt or their player just getting insanely lucky.

I'm sorry, this one appears to be by someone else unfortunately. The names on the watermarks and the artstyle are different, and when I checked this artist's media page on Weibo, I could not find it. Thank you for trying though.
