It's a sarcasm Dude, to a common cope phrase; Bahmut, Vuhledar, Andriivka, Kurakhove, Velika Novosilka, Sudzha (Kursk), etc., all become: "never strategically important" only after they fall, you get the idea.
I'm gonna agree with the artist's commentary and say I enjoy her Puyo 7 outfit, I really wish they'd use it again rather than the rather plain yellow shirt and pleated skirt she's constantly in.
