Why is the GUP tag flooded with so much low-quality art these days
You get what you put into it.
I learned a long time ago that if you want to see certain stuff here, then you've got to be a part of it yourself. Also, if the stuff you post is good content, it can generate interest, which could get others to upload the stuff you like as well.
However, you can't really complain about uploads when you're not even uploading yourself.
Reminds me a bit of a water color painting I've got on my wall that I bought awhile back, granted mine's of Medea (Fate) the leaves and the like do give the same vibe.
