Likely a gender neutral pronoun in Portuguese (searched Google gave me this, given the language is gendered, it may be a recent made up word). Given the Catholic church's attitude towards LGBTQ+ community, hence the image.
@natsume-shokogami: Except, the current Pope is the most gay-friendly pope there ever was.
Pretty sure he will openly condemn what is depicted in this picture.
Well, the rest of the church still not accept them, also he had an instant speaking slurs (even it may not be intentional, it's still a thing considerable)
If it's not an approver post this, this image would very likely be rejected for both having poor quality and potentially violating the site's rules, don't know why they posted this. Edit: Ok, the commnity rules may not cover this and most about community post/comments; this one can be still considered low-effort tho

While it has been uploaded by an Approver who is able to bypass the approval process, the image was sent through the queue and is currently sitting in it. The blue border around the thumbnail, the Status: Pending to the left, and the banner at the top of the page are signs of that.
Given that the uncertainty of Mizuki's gender and their inability to come out, I think it still reflects a lot of trans and non-binary people in unaccepting society and environment (I am not trans or non-binary, just my thought).
as others have pointed out: there's some interesting implications to the fact that Kikyou is clearly worried about Kasuza eating the cake + Serika eating pre-packaged food instead of the cake... did Kayoko lace it with something (or, at the very least, do they think she did)?
