I'd like to question the use of the tag kotobuki_seishirou. Sure, that's technically her real name, but she goes by the name Kotobuki Seiko, (pretty much) everyone calls her that, the dudes over at Wikipedia think it's her official name, and it gets WAY more Google results than Kotobuki Seishiro(u).
If nobody objects, I'd like to change the tag to kotobuki_seiko, as I feel it's her "official" name in the series.
I think the real name is preferred on Danbooru. For what it's worth, the official anime websites list him by real name, as do the credits in the series itself.
If you guys are really going to be this frustrating about it, you make tags so that things in images are easy to find on this website. That's the important part. You could make the character tag "kotobuki_(lovely_complex)" and have both masculine and feminine names alias it, and that would work, though both sides's probably will hate this specific suggestion.
Also, you need to think ahead: do we have enough tags to handle "seiko" depicting herself as "seishirou", as there's even a short subplot involving this in the original, and that's usually enough to risk fanart of it?
Why is the GUP tag flooded with so much low-quality art these days
You get what you put into it.
I learned a long time ago that if you want to see certain stuff here, then you've got to be a part of it yourself. Also, if the stuff you post is good content, it can generate interest, which could get others to upload the stuff you like as well.
However, you can't really complain about uploads when you're not even uploading yourself.
