But this gossip is not backed up by anything and is most likely false. Just like several other rumours which appeared during that time and have already been debunked.

"Oujou-sama" is a generic term for any young upper-class girl though. It's not like that couldn't be used as a qualified tag for the OC so long as the artist doesn't use the term for anyone else, but it's not a name per se.

Precisely. I have seen other artists use generic terms for their original characters, but I was/am not confident to change the name without more information in this case
