A lot of realistic modern police and/or SWAT uniforms can be a CSGO CT model.

Genuinely thought this was 2000s art when I first saw it, the style is perfect.

Considering Jo'on already suspected Mamizou would use this trick, the only hypothesis that makes any kind of sense is Mamizou found a way to sneak her tanukis past Jo'on's notice to replace her dice.
