The lines separating the rules are arrows pointing to the center. Additionally, if you flip the gamma the other way you can see all the letters have colors, except a few, reading "reverse key"
If you're not familiar with Dirt Late Models (they're pretty much an American-exclusive thing and mostly raced at a regional level), these lopsided racers are purpose designed for dirt ovals - the lopsidedness is for aerodynamics because they drift the ENTIRE corner when they turn. I know there's plenty of stuff fans do, but that's such a niche, I doubt anybody would do it. That is unless someone already has, which if that's the case, I'm sad to not know about it.
