Not entirely sure if this is original or Haru from Persona 5 as there is nothing in either the tags or description that identifies her. Could be a fully original character. And if it is Haru, I am not sure if the outfit is based on anything or is fully original.
Pretty sure it's Haru. She uses a grenade launcher in game, gardens as a hobby, and her father's dungeon is themed around sci-fi B-movies which all fits with this design. The title which can roughly translate to "noble daughter" may be a reference to her status as heiress to a major company. It looks like a design for a hypothetical Shadow Haru boss for a Shattered Glass-style AU
