But the series of facial expressions she displays near the end is very hard to read; initially a light smile, then maybe crestfallen (as if she's responding to the artist's expression of disappointment), then worried (like she's afraid she'll be deleted), then she spasms.

I guess she could just be sneezing.

I would love to know what is going through Swat (the swat team member seen in the second panel) 's head. Assuming she is running an M16 or AR-15 type weapon firing 5.56 mm rounds and even top of the line body armor (which a local police department would not likely have), the fuck are you going to do against a literal demon from hell?
