This is the Hyaku Shiki, just in red.
One of the easy way to differentiate it from the Zero Shiki is the shoulders, the Zero's look like the Rick Dias'.
Also the artist commentary states the model number, which in the case of the Zero would be MSZ-000.

    This is not only "Hyaku Shiki just in red"... look closely. Different binders, different beam rifle. And the Zero Shiki is a red Hyaku basically, so it can be a mix. This is a redesign with visual elements from the original Hyaku Shiki and the Zero Shiki, so I am tagging it as both.

    The color and binders are from the Zero and the rest is both Hyaku and the MkII... is a fusion of all three.

    NGL, I thought despite being a missing pet, I thought the dog would be a new character.
    But seems like the artist didn't had that plan in the first place. Sad, but understandable, I hope the Clumsy Nun will overcome this in the future.
