Not really. Out of all the original nazi posts on the current first page only three of them currently have any downvotes at all, whereas every single post under original lgbt_pride has at least one downvote (and only one of them has only 1 downvote).

The comment rules specifically say that insulting and hate speech are against the rules so idk what your problem is. Besides, Danbooru comments are supposed to be used for adding references, links or anything else related to that post, not some political shit or spamming simple opinions.
