If this is supposed to be the cheers of the crowd after one of his first brutal duels, I absolutely love it! (I love it regardless - great art) But Zarc was always so underexplored. He could've been so much more tangible than "evil spirit trying to take over the protagonist and destroy the world." He was a lot like Jaden or Luna. He could hear the spirits, and wanted to stop people from hurting them.

In the end, he just went about it all wrong.

It should be noted that she's the OG voice of Sailor Jupiter.

This appears to specifically be Venus's stage from Mega Man V/Rockman World 5 on the Game Boy, comparing to gameplay footage. The default Super Game Boy palette used for this stage is the same sort of purplish-blue as well.

I imagine shes on one of those joint JAL-Aeroflot Tu-114s they operated for a few years in the 60s

It's not; the blue thing is a draconid. You can see the muscles of upper arm and a hint of folded wings, alongside the horns.
If anything this is a chicken mistakenly incubating an egg of small dragon species.

It's not tagged at the source at all but I am 99% certain this is an original alternate design of Aoki Lapis based on the hairstyle and scarf. The artist also seems to really like Lapis.
