Those people that got "isekai'd" by trucks have zero chances to survive in another world. We can start from the lack of minimal survival sense like looking at both sides of the road before crossing it. These type of people will end starving, unable to learn the new language, eaten by a bear or fall from a cliff before adapting to their new life.

At least the Pokémon world is far more easy going than most isekai worlds.

... Oh who am I kidding, the Pokémon world is an absolute nightmare and to this day I don't understand how humans became the dominant species on the planet.

Because, as we've seen with the anime, humans are incredibly durable and strong in this world. Given how everyone can use a pokeball, everyone has Major League Baseball tier throwing arm with precision. No convection burns from Slugma that's five times hotter than the surface of the sun.

Well, Metagross is more than a half-ton of steel that's about as strong as you'd expect such a creature to be, as well as having psychic powers and possibly being smarter than a supercomputer... and it's still willing to be your friend and differ to you in battle. So if Metagross is willing to do that, it's probably not a surprise that all the other Pokemon are, as well.

Keep in mind that most isekais also get a blessing or six to survive in thier new worlds
