90% of Touhou is headcanon/imagination so I don’t think there’s anything wrong with this. It’s not hurting anyone, it’s not fantasizing about hurting anyone, it’s not morally wrong.

At first I thought it was mean that Lycaon was poisoning Soukaku with Rina's cooking. Then I played one of the fishing mini game stories and learn Soukaku likes Rina's cooking since it reminds her of the food her older sister used to make.

There's another layer to it too. Lycaon is a canine, meaning there's a good chance he couldn't eat chocolates given to him even if he wanted to/they were made by someone besides Rina.
