They do and the style does look similar to the one in the game, but this doesn't necessarily mean that it is his art. I just find it odd that nero augustus isn't mentioned in the credits (unless he is and I just can't find it/ read it). I mean there is also this post which as far as I know is also art from the game and I'm not sure if the person mentioned as artist, is the artist behind this animation.
