It is dried persimmon, to be extra specific hoshigaki style, hence the oval shape.
I looked at the meta tags for the fruit request. The two wrinkled fruits on the apron are likely ginkgo nuts. I guessed this based on their size, color, and autumn-themed design.

Neither of the Tenno Shos are part of the Triple Tiara though.
Gran here is very Bakushinny in the way she's being tricked, being convinced that she's still running a mile race because it's just a mile after another mile, similar to (though kinda opposite) to how Bakushin got convinced by her trainer that running three 1200m races are the same as running a 3600m one.
