I’m not sure how to handle these either, but the English version omits some parts from the original. To allow for the Japanese text to be fully translated, I moved it and the original English text to the Original section. If it gets a proper translation, it may be possible to use headings to distinguish between our translation and the artist’s translation.
Normally, these would be tagged with bilingual commentary, but since some information is omitted, it might be better not to use it since it may reduce the chance of it getting properly translated.
