WaHH heights are pretty inconsistent, FS is a bit better. That scene did happen but then Yukari is slightly taller than Kasen in the scene where she's all "Don't think any further than that"

I usually take any physical information from FS as canon. I've heard that the artist for that gets her information exclusively from ZUN and wasn't a Touhou fan before FS
