I've played the actual game, and can confirm, this is the final scene in one of the endings where you comfort Red Hood after making it out together. However, due to Leaf (Mary Sue) imposing that age limit on her, Red Hood dies soon after.
I don't know why, but lately I've become interested in the view from behind. Probably because almost no one draws this kind of view (I mean really from behind, and not when the character turns her head towards the viewer or even indirectly interacts with him)
