It's definetly her from the flowers and face, but the bag also seems to reference her name by changing bakery (ベーカリー) into ベーカリン taking the "rin" from Yuukarin.

Based on the source and a little digging, it seems the company Kei's Coffee released a collab product featuring Erika for "Crushed Coffee Jelly" that requires vigorous shaking of the carton before serving. The packaging has a screenshot which features Erika in this pose though without the cartons with text in large font saying to shake hard.
