I've found an image set over at https://joyreactor.cc/post/5990936 that was posted 5 days before the Tweet where you can see a couple more images of the same set. That post has been tagged with нейромазня and нейронные сети which both loosely mean Neural Network.
That Joyreactor user Noximilien also posted this set of MiSide images that can be traced back to https://x.com/generatornaya which is the Twitter page of an AI-generated image sharing community that operates on VK and Telegram. They already have models dedicated to churning out MiSide images.
And over here you can see the set of images where this post comes from.
It might be wise to keep an eye on these, atleast during this rising peak of MiSide, because I've seen numerous of these images being reposted absolutely everywhere. Only a matter of time until another one of these is uploaded.

I've seen some good especially from the Medical side of things from finding cancers and helping blind people see, but when it comes to generative AI i don't see any value at all. Even in more "innocent" things like AI Upscaling.

I did paste the link. What I did is I clicked on the tweet, copied the URL, and pasted it in the URL bar. Should I have done smth different when copying/uploading the link?

The link was the URL for the image, make sure it's for the tweet itself. The bad_link tag gets added automatically if you don't do this, you can check the wiki for more info

Monochrome World is a fangame in development that is being showcased in the Mari0 AE discord server. You won't find anything outside of that server about Monochrome world but I plan on uploading progress on other platforms eventually :)
