I'm not sure if there's anything to this, but I found the idea rather intriguing.

While the idea is neat, the execution is left to be desired. Especially with Spicy.

I recognize three of the mushrooms (bottom middle is enoki, top right is shiitake, top left looks like maitake), but I don't recognize the others.

Middle left looks like hon shimeji but I'm not sure.
