Wait a minute, is Kancolle considered a gacha or is this pic in the pool because of Umamusume? Kancolle doesnt have gacha like microtransactions or banners and the construction system isnt one the principal means from which people can get event exclusive characters unlike GFL.
technically Kancolle count as gacha but instead getting from construction pool you gacha through event map, and microtransaction comes from expanding ship dock and buckets I think?

Accurate observation? You both must have had your heads buried in the sand for a long time. The Russians themselves had quite literally set the expectation it'd only be a matter of days when they invaded with practically no supplies or logistical support set in place. You don't do that unless you expect a quick and easy victory.

A normal everyday. Quite a lot of weapon systems end up 'formally accepted' and produced in absolutely minuscule numbers. I think it's more noticeable over here since state media tends to run its mouth about a 'cool new thing' only for the thing to fall into obscurity due to being too expensive/unreliable/overspecialized/etc.
