I think these are supposed to be White Scars? But the chapter emblem is completely absent from the right pauldron, where it should be and the right pauldron doesn't denote any battlefield roles. Might just be lack of attention paid to the proper chapter colors.

I'm also leaning towards some kind of Mimic. The pixiv tags just variously say "Immortal" and "Monster Girl" which isn't super helpful, and vanillaklein's website says that Rose's profile is still in development so maybe we'll get a word from above someday.

"Golem" would be a fantasy take on what sci-fi would call a nanomachine swarm, but "golem" is probably fine.
