Context: During Fate/Stay Night remastered release on Steam about 30 hours ago, the game assets are randomized due to JP locale compatibility issue for EN players. As a result there are various hilarious moments of characters in different scenes.

The bug has since been fixed.

Given that Ranger has a modest bustline as a seeming reference to the island being an afterthought (Ranger's pads jokes incoming), I kind of doubt it. Most of the other busty carriers in the USN have an equally busty contemporary in the IJN (Saratoga -> Akagi, Hornet -> Shoukaku, and Intrepid -> Amagi) so the USN contemporary to Houshou would probably not be too stacked.
