Leaving it as "check translation" because I'm not sure at all if I understood the game record correctly (I barely know anything about shougi, and pretty much nothing but what Wikipedia had to teach me about shougi notation). I decided to give it a go either way because the joke is precisely that Youmu doesn't understand what's going on, but if anyone that's knowledgeable about shougi (and shougi notation) happens to pass by and give that thing a look, they'll have my undying appreciation.
