This is actually looking adorable, these snakes are cute.^^ Yet I can understand why Snake Girl may disturb customers with the spiral eyes and the Gorgon appearance.
Penguin Keeper: "5) You are clearly mentally disturbed and a serial killer in the making. We get you to a psychatric hospital and then a new Snake Keeper for the Zoo."
So Stevia is some kind of reconfigurable golem. As for the others... Vanilla is an android, Drip is a slime, Rain is a fungus, but what exactly is the deal with Rose? Her body is made out of green goop and grows teeth and tongues; maybe she's a mimic?

I'm also leaning towards some kind of Mimic. The pixiv tags just variously say "Immortal" and "Monster Girl" which isn't super helpful, and vanillaklein's website says that Rose's profile is still in development so maybe we'll get a word from above someday.

"Golem" would be a fantasy take on what sci-fi would call a nanomachine swarm, but "golem" is probably fine.
I don't like making super long TL notes, so I'll just put this here instead.
For those unaware, Japanese people really like wordplay and this is especially true with numbers and dates. Anyone that looks at a lot of Japanese fanart has probably noticed that you get a lot of "Nice X Day" entries during November. This is because the Japanese word for "nice"/"good", "いい", looks like 11, so it's just a matter of making another pun off the number of the day (thus 8, which looks like a pair of boobs, becoming "Nice Boobs Day", etc.).
Here, the numbers 1 and 6 have possible readings with "hi" and "ro", respectively, so they can be read as "Hiro". Thus, November 16th is "Nice Hiro Day".
