Like that. It originates from my quite old design from 7-8 years ago. I drew it from memory and revised the sleeves and materials of the entire outfit. Her outfit was originally thin and see-through fabric at the sleeves.
Her outfit was inspired by wedding dresses and other aristocratic ladies' dresses. And I also edited it to look like most of the costumes in the film. Maybe it's too similar to ss3😑
13 years later, this is still probably the most well-timed upload on the site. Not only is it of Cirno, the art itself is also themed around 9. #9999999 is coming around sooner than I thought, and I hope it will also be a Cirno post.
