I’m just going to throw this out there, in my own headcanon for Touhou, Reimu’s hair glows purple when she uses her Float ability at full power, at which point she simply “floats” away from reality, such as when she uses the spellcard “Innate Dream”.
Something that really tickles me during the livestream and event: what are those extra arm sleeves on her jacket are for? There's no hole leading to them, and based on the shoulder part it's certainly not something detachable or something with heavy load like robotic arms. Nor it is hole for legs.
It's a wonder and mystery how people keep wrecking their laptop hinges so often.
Never ever happened to my laptops. Not even cheapass laptops with fragile plastic hinges.
It's happened to my nephew whose cheap laptop (cost around $350, Acer) had one hinge break when opening it. The hinge split apart at the seam, and that corner of the display frame would pull away when you opened it. That thing never left the desk.
Despite that the hinge was still secured to the body of the laptop, but it was dead because because some cables were routed through that area and presumably were broke/dislodged.

many laptops have very fragile hinges these days. They can easily break within months or by an accidental mishandling. I remember seeing a few laptop teardown videos, it seems laptop manufacturers are cutting even more corners when it comes to build quality these days.
